Instructions for Use: As a food supplement, take 1 serving daily; on training days consume 1 serving immediately after your workout.

On non-workout days take one serving right after awakening.

For maximum results consume 2 servings a day: as pre- and post-workout protein refill. Mix 1 serving with 250 ml water.
