Powder for preparing carbohydrate energy drink. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen in skeletal muscle. The product is intended for adults with high intensive and/ or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

Recommended use

Mix 2/3 scoop of powder (30 g) with 300 ml of water. Drink 2-3 portions daily (before, during or/and after exercise).
 

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature (15-25°C). Protect against light. Do not freeze.
